The only talk group in this stream is for Colorado State Patrol Troop 4C - they handle the Eagle county general area (and other counties). Encrypted communication is not streamed. This is not a tac channel, only dispatch.

This stream monitors lower dowd junction, beaver creek, wolcott and castle peak repeaters. The wolcott and castle peak repeaters seem to have the lowest signal quality and the calls that break up are most likely from them.
