Lee County Sheriff uses a single conventional frequency (155.715) for their primary dispatch operations. Despite being a dispatch frequency, this channel is referred to as "TAC East." In 2009, dispatch was switch to TAC East due to coverage issues on the original 154.740 repeater. This change stuck and the channel naming convention was never changed.
