This is a scanner Feed from Lincoln County, Missouri. It includes the digital MOSWIN system, as well as agencies using older analog frequency radio comms.

This feed covers select agencies in Lincoln, Warren, Pike, Montgomery, and St. Charles Counties--including Fire, EMS, Police, Sheriff, Aircraft, and Medical Helicopters. My radio is located in northern Lincoln County, MO. Lincoln County Sheriff, Pike County Sheriff & Missouri State Highway Patrol are now using the MOSWIN digital system and that is included on this feed.

Please send a note to netowen@hotmail.com or through the app you're using If you are experiening any issues with the feed, however please be aware that the equipment I use to broadcast the feed is over 25 years old and isn't going to be a perfect quiet signal all the time. Although you may have paid a third-party subscription service to receive the scanner traffic, I receive ZERO compensation for broadcasting the feed so that others may listen and I may not be in a place to immediately solve problems that may arise, please keep that in mind when sending problem reports to me.

If you use some phone apps to listen there is no cost to do so, although you may see an ad or two after listening, but the scanner can certainly be accessed for FREE if you use a free app to do so.
