Madison County Sheriff, Police and Fire

I am using a Uniden BCD996XT scanner, streaming from a Dell desktop computer using broadband always connnected to the internet.

The scanner monitors:

Wood River, Roxana, South Roxana, Hartford, and East Alton police and fire.

Also monitors Madison County Sheriff's Department using the Starcom 21 P25 system.
