Otter Tail County Fire/EMS Main - Fire department and EMS communications with dispatch for Otter Tail County 3. Otter Tail County Talk Groups 2 - 8: These are assigned by Otter Tail County Dispatch upon being paged for use by Fire/EMS throughout the county. 4. VHF Paging talk group: This is only a talk group that is assigned by the county for departments to monitor paging. No talk is on this group.
