Allen County (Indiana) Fire Dispatch & Ops 11 thru 14. These are the unencrypted channels on the county system for Allen County Fire departments. All departments use this dispatch channel(except for the city of Fort Wayne, which are completely encrypted). Nearly all county departments have adopted these ops channels 11, 12, 13, & 14. Ops 15 & 16 remain encrypted for the rare sensitive operations. These channels are assigned by Dispatchers automatically or upon request. Ops 1-6 are encrypted and reserved for Fort Wayne Fire. Ops 7-10 do not exist at the moment. The city of New Haven(Allen Co. IN) at the moment will operate off of “Blue 800” (encrypted) for any runs within the city limits, until their dispatch console is upgraded later, then will switch to Ops 11-14. New Haven's county runs, operate off of Ops 11-16 as assigned by dispatcher.
