I use a Uniden Bearcat BCD996P2 with its standard stock antenna. I used FreeScan to program it and linked that to Radio Reference to import all of the frequencies and talkgroups!

I have found that eliminating the rest of the talkgroups solved the issue with the audio cutting in and out, so I removed them and now we only get Law 1. As incidents happen, and I am able to switch to the correct talkgroup, I will and will also put out an alert.
