P25 Phase II trunked system. Includes:
• HCSO patrol districts — primary dispatch channels
• Field operations and unincorporated Harris County coverage
• Excludes Houston PD (covered on a separate feed) and Constable
Precincts (covered on the HPD/Constable feed)
Operated by KI4GIP from Houston, TX (grid EL29). Feed is monitored 24/7
by an array of RTL-SDR and AirSpy software-defined radios decoding the
TXWARN trunked control channel in real time, with automatic failover
and watchdog recovery. Hardware and uptime details published at the
operator site.

Note: Encrypted units (tactical, narcotics, vice, special operations)
appear silent — this is the system idling, not a feed fault. P25 Phase
II uses TDMA so brief gaps between transmissions are normal.
