Feed monitors the following: Ulster County Emergency Communications Dispatch for Fire/EMS. Fireground Channels. Ems Unit to Dispatch. Kingston City FD Dispatch. Town of Saugerties Fire Operations for: Centervile/Cedar Grove, Glasco, Malden/West Camp, Mt. Marion, Saugerties, & Saxton. Saugerties PD Dispatch. Ulster County Police Dispatch.
Equipment: Uniden SDS200 scanner. Discone antenna on 25' mast and my site location is at 600' elevation. Audio is fed with 3.5 aux cable from the scanner to a dedicated (and healthy) Dell latitude laptop running Windows 7 with RadioFeed software to process the feed. Laptop is connected to the internet via a router prioritized 5Mhz wifi connection. Feed has aproximately a 45 second delay.
