Feed Notes

Welcome to the Long Beach and San Pedro Bay Marine Rescue feed, a service of Streaming562.

This dedicated maritime feed monitors life-safety and emergency rescue operations across our local coastal waters. Engineered to track major responses during El Niño storm systems, high surf advisories, and severe winter weather, this feed captures everything from vessels in distress outside the breakwater to multi-agency swiftwater rescues when the Los Angeles and San Gabriel Rivers flood into the bay.

What You Will Hear:

Long Beach Fire (LBFD) Lifeguards: Marine rescues along the city shoreline, Alamitos Bay, and the eastern breakwater.

LA County (LACoFD) Baywatch: Surf rescues and coastal emergencies around San Pedro, Cabrillo Beach, and the western breakwater.

United States Coast Guard (Sector LA/LB): Hailing, tactical search-and-rescue coordination, and urgent marine weather broadcasts.

Swiftwater & Inter-Agency Mutual Aid: Air-to-ground helicopter coordination (CALCORD) and unified command (VFIRE 21) when multiple agencies form strike teams for river washouts.
