An old Bearcat BC 800 xlt Scanner connected to an old Toshiba laptop, bringing you Tulare County Sheriff, North and South as well as CHP.

I am scanning ch-1 south, and ch-2 north, there are other TCSO channels but I am not scanning them. There are radio towers that are not within range of the scanner, if the deputy keys up on one of those repeaters, you will not hear him. CHP cars do  not go through the repeater and you will only hear them if they are within 5 to 7 miles of the scanner.
